Yes. We work exclusively with hospitals accredited by NABH, JCI, or AACI, ensuring global standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
2. Are the doctors internationally trained?
Many of our partner doctors are trained or certified in the US, UK, Europe, or other leading global healthcare systems.
3. What languages does the hospital staff speak?
Hospital staff speak fluent English. Interpreters for Arabic, French, Russian, African, and Asian languages can be arranged.
4. Can I speak to the doctor before travelling?
Absolutely. Our International Patient Helpdesk arranges teleconsultations or video conferences with your treating doctor.
5. Will someone receive me at the airport?
Yes. Your dedicated Case Manager will welcome you at the airport and accompany you to your hospital or accommodation.
6. How much money should I bring?
You will receive a detailed cost estimate before travel. Final costs may vary based on your clinical evaluation and treatment plan.
7. Do you arrange accommodation outside the hospital?
Yes. We arrange comfortable, affordable serviced apartments and guest houses close to your hospital.
8. Do you provide post-discharge follow-up?
Yes. Online consultations and follow-up reviews are provided at no additional cost.
